We normally ship within 2 to 3 days, High demand items may take longer to ship , delivery service is 2 to 10 days to most areas of the country. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order at the beginning of the checkout process.
Return Policy: No refunds. Check your packages at the time of delivery, we do not cover shipping damage. All products are shipped new, any visual or internal damage caused by the shipping company must be filed with the shipping company responsible. Products arrived in non working order from factory defects will be exchanged for identical items only.
MERCHANDISE Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization,email or call for a RMA#. Factory defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery for an exchange of an identical product. Returns must be accompanied with copy of original receipt.
